Guys, I think I somehow managed to rewire my brain with my recent medical stupidity
I used to be in bed by 7 pm and awake by 3 am but now I can't sleep before midnight or 1 am and wake up at like 8 or 9 am

Its only been going on since I got outta the hospital last week but it's still strange that my internal clock has completely switched up on me do drastically
