Nick Hausmann asked Jericho on his Christmas Day tantrum about the NDAs that Jericho makes people sign. Then there's apparently clip of Hausmann talking about how Jericho is respected and seen as a legend, but he's supposedly hurt a lot of people, and then said something along the lines of "Sort of like Harvey Weinstein, he won a lot of Oscars, but now all of this stuff has come out about him, and it changes his story".

Sounds closer to Louis CK than Weinstein, still not great, but it can be survived, if it's just unwanted advances by an influential peer. Weinstein single-handledly ruined careers and would take his clothes off in front of women in his hotel room and did rape. Jericho is more of a lush/alcoholic going through a mid-life crisis, and an ass. Didn't see the sex pest thing coming.

The reason that AEW gave for her departure was "Mental Health" .

As for the NDA, the way Hausman worded it, it sounds like Jericho himself handing them out. It's apparently an open secret that he has an open relationship with his wife and is shagging about on the road, there were always the rumours that Kelly Kelly was his side piece for a while.

looking at her bio on wikipedia, she kinda washed out of the WWE recently, got pregnant and just had a baby in October. At 31, and likely being a mum for a bit, her career is probably over, so maybe that's what has inspired her willingness to come after Jericho. Much less to lose.
