Paper is the middle ground between a wrap in foil (fucks up bark, keeps moist, quicker cook) and no wrap (great bark, harder to keep moist, longer cook)

So if your recipie calls for Foil on.the wrap add some time to the cook but you'll enjoy it more.

I was just gonna put it over a beer steam bath, low and slow for an hour a pound overnight and see what happens
Since it's my first time I don't wanna go too complicated, maybe add in some beef broth when its resting in the warmer
I know it's gonna be a work in progress so I'd rather have the bark

Because The Miz is shit. Dude needs to step aside and do commentary. He's worse than a guy like Enzo, who didn't know what the hell he was doing, but would still take all the risks. The Miz may as well wrestle with bubble wrap on. Everything that guy does in the ring is soft as baby shit...SAWFT as baby shit.

Is it just me, or is the WWE a little gun shy on LA Knight? I mean, he's over as fuck, and all they've given him is some glorified house show Championship match in Dubai. They have less confidence in him, than Jinder Mahall.
 
@Pliny Pete I've been on that sub reddit watching all the fights and freakouts the past half an hour. Its got me all excited. I went to go beat up my wife but she said I couldn't because she has a bunch of papers around her for work that can't get wrinkled! I CANT DO ANYTHING AROUND HERE!
 
I don't know where the saga of Punk's return ends. However, his segment on RAW should potentially be a legendary promo, and will be "must see tv". It's a great move though because Trips can cut his ass if he acts up, and no one will even question it.
