It's because the ad revenue for "upscale" brands is so much greater than Castrol GTX, Slim Jim, Stacker 2, Lugz, etc. That's why USA still aired the dog show and tennis crap over Raw even during the Attitude Era.

Pete, remember I said I was gonna take another pic in my underwear but this time after a workout with a full on sick nasty pump? Well, we are gonna have to wait a little longer for that because I can't bench press for two weeks on account of a strained pec tendon. Just wanted to keep you updated on the situation. I'm not happy about it either.
