Thats such a great looking main plate on the 60's NWA strap, especially considering how beautifully detailed it is compared to most of the other belts in use during that time frame

To beat this guy, you need speed - you don't have it. And your knees can't take the pounding, so hard running is out. And you got arthritis in your neck, and you've got calcium deposits on most of your joints, so sparring is out - Shogun's trainer probably

Shogun makes me sad. Should've retired years ago. He finishes his UFC career at 11-12-1
