Went to a taqueria before the show for tacos and beers and decided to hit up one of my OG homegirls that lives in Vallejo to come have a beer with me and she decided to go to the show with us, she's not a wrestling fan but she's recently divorced and wanted to go out and have a little fun and unwind on Friday nigh( I mention this cause it comes into play later)

As soon as we get to the parking lot I can hear the DJ inside the building bumping E-40 and Mac Dre so I knew this was gonna be different

The security was all Anoa'i family, none of them were wrestlers but you know a Fatu when you see one, them giant monsters is unmistakable

My nephew and his dad were running late as usual but as soon as the rest of our group got to the entrance, the guy at the merch table says "Ahh shit, its the Pacheco(warehouse matches) crew" and asks where Junior was, I told him he's on his way and he gives me a few free loud ass horns for the kids in our group

They had a great production set up for a small show, professional DJ with INSANELY LOUD concert speakers, laser light board and a full lighting truss, they spent a little money on this thing and it was worth it because the vibe inside the building was a high energy exciting party atmosphere all night long

You could tell it was a family run promotion by the amount of small children walking around selling posters and older women working the merch tables, felt like I was back in the territories lol

First match was Loverboy Leo vs Jheri Gigolo, as I mentioned before, Leo used to work the warehouse matches and he was a good guy there but hes since become a villain and he was being a straight asshole to the crowd and doing a great job of being hateable

Jheri Gigolo was doing a striptease and showing his tight brown ass cheeks to the crowd in his bright pink g string and my homegirl, who didnt really know what to expect and was already buzzing by this time, was yelling some foul shit at him

After the match I put out my hand and said "Whats up, Leo" cause he knows me but he just looked at me with a sneer and flipped me off and my homegirl got legit pissed and was ready to ride on his ass, I told her it was part of the show but she wasnt hearing it lol

They has an intermission after the first match so I went to the bar which was on the other side of the building, this was a veterans hall so there was a real bar in the building with pool tables and tv's and a few old men in their Navy ship hats sitting in there, felt like I was walking into Moe's Tavern

After a few more matches and a few more beers, it was time for Big Juicy and Journey Fatu in a tag team 3 way dance hardcore match and they went all out with the insanity, brawling all over the building with chairs, garbage cans, cheese graters, doors, thumb tacks, the whole bit, by the end everyone was drenched in blood and my homegirl was shocked by what she was seeing, "Is that real blood!?" lol

Also, while Journey was fighting for his life throughout the whole building during most of the match, Big Juicy was selling an injury by laying on the floor drinking beers that my cousin kept handing him lol

I been quite vocal about how much I dislike that garbage but seeing it live for the first time and getting caught up in the chaos and the intense excitement as the crowd exploded, I gotta admit it was wild and fun as a one time thing that was unexpected, but its still not something I wanna see every week and I definitely wouldnt go to a whole show of that stuff

I was booing one of the wrestlers cause he turned heel and attacked his tag partner during the match, as he walked back to the lockerroom he ripped off his kinetic tape and balled it up and threw it at me, hit me in the chest, that sonofabitch!

They had a second intermission after the the hardcore chaos match and a buncha wrestlers came out to work the merch tables and take pics so we went around and said whats up to our wrestler and wrestling fan pals that we know and also met a couple new wrestling fan pals that know who we are because of my nephew

My homegirl went up to Loverboy Leo and started shit talking him and they were face to face arguing like a coach and an umpire, I was laughing at first but then I got bit concerned as it went on so I got up close in case I had to grab her like Dana White at the fighter weigh ins lol

They had 3 more matches after the intermission but the crowd was completely dead after all the chaos we had just witnessed and there was nothing the wrestlers could do to bring them back to life, that hardcore match definitely shoulda went on last

Sometime during the last few matches, my homegirl disappeared and was gone for over 30 minutes. at first I thought she was in the bathroom but as time went on and she never came back I started to wonder if she had snuck into the lockerroom cause she seemed to like what she saw in 7 foot tall Alex Ace

The show ends and shes still nowhere to be seen so Im like fuck it, shes a grown woman, it aint my business so lets go home

I go to say goodbye to Journey Fatu who is standing by the bar entrance and I look in the bar and theres my homegirl giving a front facing lap dance to Jheri Gigolo in his bright pink g string

I just laughed and told em both I hope they have a good time, thankfully all the old veterans had left the bar by then, no telling what kind of smut and debauchery went on after I left

All in all, a wild ass night put on by a hot new promotion that definitely has potential to be around for awhile and grow into a regional favorite

Parts of my town had to evacuate on Tuesday because flooding. Cops were knocking on people's doors at 1am. They say we might have to evacuate tonight.
