Reminds me of 1989 and two of the hottest young stars in the business, two young innovators if you will, battling it out over the prestigious NWA Television Title in a series of high flying, action packed breakneck paced whirling dervish style matches
Oh what a time it was

“I wanted to make Muta a baby face, Connie!”
-JR, every single Thursday for 4 years now

@Pliny Pete What was Kris joking about when he said HHH likes to wear poppy?
Also, who played the fake Kamala in 88 World Class?

I didnt hear the HHH thing yet but Ben Peacock "The Botswana Beast" was Kimala II

I dont know if you ever listened to the early 605s but this is also the guy that TGBL suspects may be Yomamba The Jungle Savage, a person that was only mentioned once on Memphis tv but never actually seen on tv, as far as we know he only had one single match at the Mid South Coliseum and that was it, even Jerry Lawler doesnt remember who Yomamba was

It is 1989. I am 3 years old. I'm watching the man they call Sting fight Ric Flair at Starcade. I am thoroughly entertained.

It is 2022. I am 36 years old. I'm watching the man they call Sting leap off a balcony with reckless abandon onto his opponent. I am thoroughly entertained.

That's not him, the guy who played "The Beast" on the stream was a fat guy.
