I've seen that spot done a lot where the opponent holds the foot and people still dome themselves on the floor. I remember seeing one where The Miz was holding Drew McIntyre's foot for dear life and Drew still domed himself.

It was a dumb ass spot to do after you've already been concussed.

What's funny is Bret wrestled like ten matches in WCW after this without taking a break. Maybe taking more shots to the head in 10 matches while concussed was also another bad idea from Bret Hart.
