Lived like 10 minutes from the Arena at the time. Was a really good show overall, but the atmosphere for HBK/Taker was nuts.

They should do a karate kid cobra Kai storyline. Vince with austin theory and bret trains someone young like riddle to stop theory and Vince.

I agree. It didn’t translate as well over tv… but everyone was hanging on every move. It was a strange kind of anxiety rather than everyone popping for every move but one of the funnest atmospheres I’ve been in. And I’ve seen ton of live events during the attitude era (and before). There were many times my section gasped or jumped in unison.

Man there is a great idea lake and I like riddle as Bret’s trainee since he can be very HBK like and you can play into that and create a riddle that walks
