This was a Court Bauer brainchild.....mainly because he was a big Super Porky mark.

This should be brought up anytime someone suggests he's a good booker.

Florida player had it happen to him. Drawing a blank on his name. Only reason he lived was because of the EMT sitting right behind the bench, and the player was able to get off the ice immediately.
 
@Pliny Pete The episode about Eddie Gilbert from the BTS Patreon is really good. I think it was the last thing Scott Bowden recorded before he died too.

From what I understand, Bauer's idea was more in line with New Japan's Junior Division (Jushin Liger, Tiger Mask, Otani, Ultimo Dragon...etc), what we got mostly falls on John Laurinaitis.
