With a two night show and 2 world titles, the main event of Wrestlamania ain’t what it used to be anywaysIt won't happen, but they really need to do away with the "Main Event Wrestlemania" stipulation for the Rumble. It eliminates the majority of the field right off the bat, and pretty much kills any surprise winners.
Let it just be it's own reward or maybe a title shot at a lesser PLE. That way you could have someone like Sami or a person they have high hopes for win, but not have to worry about giving them the Main Event at WM.
Or give them a KISS Demon special main event attraction match in the mid-card.It won't happen, but they really need to do away with the "Main Event Wrestlemania" stipulation for the Rumble. It eliminates the majority of the field right off the bat, and pretty much kills any surprise winners.

I haven't watched the Rumble yet, but I don't think the concept is terrible, but the execution. It would work if WWE built up enough credible challengers and got people over more.It won't happen, but they really need to do away with the "Main Event Wrestlemania" stipulation for the Rumble. What I don't understand is, why would they have Heyman rejoin Roman now? It just makes no sense, "Oh yeah, let's have Heyman turn on Brock, and align with Roman... even though Brock is the WWE Champion, and would have been leaving Roman alone".
Surely, from a sheer storytelling perspective, it's way better to do it at WrestleMania. They could have done the same finish, but have Roman intimidating Heyman more, and then make a big show of Heyman begging, and pleading before being "forced" to hand it over, maybe have the Usos in on it as well.
Then, Brock enters Rumble, and have the Usos attacking Brock on his way to the ring, have Brock at least face some adversity.
Then, play the "You weren't supposed to be in the Rumble" thing, because Brock wasn't declared eligable before the show, on account of him being WWE Champion at the time, a luxury that also wasn't afforded to Roman, Lashley, Seth, Edge, or The Miz. So, at the Elimination Chamber, it's Brock, Seth, Edge, The Miz, and Drew and Shane McMahon (oh god, Shane was the second from last eliminated in that shower of shit last night), are also included as the last two eligible men eliminated. Brock then wins.
Then, at Mania, Heyman does the turn, revealing himself to be the one pulling the strings the entire time.
