Drew's injury, and Brock moving over the the WWE Championship has given WWE an opportunity to actually make someone right now.

Give someone an unexpected Royal Rumble win, bring back some semblence of unpredictability to it. From there, use the Universal Title match as a match where the challenger just won't go down, and maybe start creating new stars, instead of having talent turning down contracts and move to Jacksonville.
