Conor will fight anybody within 3 weight classes, on short notice, or not. He will meet them in the middle of the cage, at every weight class. This approach is what separates him from 99% of MMA fighters, not just in the UFC, on the planet.

-Would Nate fight at 185, if Robbie Lawler pulled out of a fight with him, on 10 days notice?
Bottom line? Haters don't care. They just need a little bit, to open the flood gates against Conor, just like they did with Ronda Rousey. Just a little bit to vent on, and make memes about.

-Georges St. Pierre, one of the biggest seat fillers in UFC history. Would he fight ANYONE at 205, if Anderson Silva pulled out of a Super Fight with him?

-Would Jon Jones fight Chael Sonnen, as a last second replacement, on 1 week's notice? No. That question has been answered, and you can say the same about Fabricio Werdum. (Both with last second replacements in the same weight class. If the replacement would have been 1 or 2 weight classes up?)

So just let the haters talk, but make sure you know who their "favorite fighters" are so you can respond with the equivalent weight classes, and circumstances.

Regardless of whether Conor won or lost, he's separated himself from the rest of MMA. So you can hate on him, at the risk of hypocrisy. The guy could have easily stood at 145 and dominated for 5-10yrs, and then when fans were demanding he move up, he could have said he was trying out for the Irish Wrestling team. :D

Get over it already

Four haters? Who are they, give me names.

If your girlfriend left you, would you sleep with her fat friend?

And if so, would you pull out?

Still doin this? Excuses are cute. The same excuses everyone else has already come up with are shitty. Be original at least.

I think TS doesn't realizes most people don't hate on Conor but rather on his delusional fanboys.

"Conor will fight anyone within 3 weight classes" - he won't, he fought one lightweight at WW, doesn't mean he'll just fight anyone. that's you believing the hype.

"Haters don't care that he will fight at higher class" - yes we don't give a fuck. I don't like his antics and I don't like his fans, he is a very big FW already so definitely not the guy I respect for fighting people on a bigger weight than his own. He is no BJ Penn.

"GSP wouldn't fight everybody" - And had a long run cleaning the WW division. We respect him for his actual accomplishments, not just fighting people bigger than him. that's bold but meaningless unless you win.

"Would someone else fight someone else in short notice?" - yes it does happen, but congrats on picking the case in which this didn't happen.

"Conor separate himself from the rest of MMA" - By fighting Nate on short notice? Look man, he PICKED nate diaz. it's not the same as ACCEPTING a match up someone else made for you on short notice.

you're tripping.

You fan boys are like the chains on Marley's ghost. Heavy, tiresome weights dragging everything down including public opinion of the man himself.

If you'll notice, he's not crying. He's holding his head up in public and wants to fight again soon.

Be a fan of that for fucks sake. Your constant, whining and bellyaching isn't doing him any good. I bet he'd despise you for it.

Its cool and all to take fights in different weights but its not the end all be all with me. I'm totally fine with fighters fighting in thier own division. Also, GSP moving up to 205 is a fucking rediculous notion..Now if GSP moved up in weight to fight Hendricks at 205, that'd be more comparable to what Conor did. Diaz is a LW , and LW is the division Conor plans to permanently move to eventually.

Conor did moved up once, with a hand picked opponent who is also a natural LW and wasnt training. cool and all, but your acting like he going to continue to take fights at WW when odds are he won't. Cool story bro.

you proved my point in only two sentences! LOL

Hater: (Makes joke about grammar. Immediately proves no grasp for the English language, in the following sentence.)

Oh no
you got me
Now go back to your essay on how dreamy Conor's eyes are.
