That Dropkick Murphy's is always a hit!

Misfits and Crass are also longtime favourites.

Just saw the word, Knowledge, and thought it was going to be an Op Ivy cover. Clearly not, but that is wicked good.

A guy I do jits with was filming the show last night and he put me onto this group, the first few songs I've listened to are great.

Its Nick from link 80s last band and recording before he left us. Really good stuff and a real bummer that he didnt make it

Look at that a hat trick and I wasnt even trying .... Those are Asian man records

Along a vaguely similar line are these kids from Manchester.

That was ideal Sunday evening listening. Made me think of The Mountain Goats and this song is appropriate to the rest of my weekend

I didn't even know Leftover Crack got back together, let alone put out a new album. I just found out last night. Pretty awesome

@Gutter Chris you sent me down a rabbit hole with that Lucero song. I'm not usually a fan of their slower stuff but tonight it struck a chord and the I found this. Lucero -> Mountain Goats->Moutain Goats covering Jawbreaker - >

Nathaniel Rateliff covering Mountain Goats - >

Nathaniel Rateliff playing this song

@BeardotheWeirdo dude. That album is great Stza on his own and Ezra is keeping Morning Glory going with awesome releases as well.

I knew Morning Glory was still going but I didn't know Stza and Ezra made up or that they were touring again and had a new album out. That was an awesome surprise. Star Fucking Hipsters haven't done anything in years either. I figured Stza was done.

Paint it Black are this odd band that mathematically should be amongst my favourites but I just haven't found a warm spot with them.

That Link 80 split with Capdown though. I was at the show in London at the Red Eye when a new band called Soap opened for Link 80 and everyone shat themselves! Those dudes are amazing. I think I still have the Soap demo tape somewhere. Then they had to change their name from Soap to Capdown. This was 20 years ago, but I remember doing an email interview with Link 80 and them asking me if I still had a copy of that tape because they had worn their's out in the tour van. And then I clearly remember it being the beginning of my time on the internet and me sending some stupid chain letters to Adam and Aaron and them never replying again.
