Nowhere near as good as the original and the story contradicts the original in several ways. Has a bunch of slasher actors though. Kane Hodder, R.A. Mihailoff who played Leatherface in Leatherface has a weird sex scene with Linnea Quigley where he dwarfs her. They went with a sort of Jason Voorhees origin for Pumpkinhead too (retarded and malformed kid is bullied and killed by bullies, witch mother brings him back for revenge, it's pretty close).

Ami Dolenz was in a bunch of movies in that early to mid 90's era (she looks better in the hd blu-ray releases as well, I never thought much about her back in the day, but she looks really pretty in Witchboard 2 which I watched my blu-ray of in early spring).

1st one was pretty rad. 2nd one just veers off with its own thing. But still fun to watch for the cheese and b horror.
