Pulp Fiction continues to be overrated

John Travolta is terrible. Especially in Pulp Fiction. Yeah i said it

I caught the ending diner scene again last night and gave a little clap after Julez finished his speech. Fucking great movie. This movie changed movies when it came out. Suddenly a movie was supposed to have dialogue that didn't suck.

And just the crazy shit that happened was great. Here is a story about hiding a watch up my ass in vietnam. Here is a story about buttrape and a gimp. Here is a story about stabbing a needle in an ODing bitch's heart.

Fucking great.

Reservoir Dogs is great as well.

If anyone wants to talk overrated, then you can stay right in this fucking decade with the comic book movies and Peele shitfests and star wars up to birth abortions.

The only boring parts of PF are the Bruce willis scenes not involving Marcellus Wallace . Sam Jacksin as Jules makes that movie its solid 9/10. Ts has no taste jackie brown makes me want to sleep.

at the sock dancing scene and nothing has happened in an hour. Easily the worst QT movie out there. Jackie Brown shits all over this movie.

LMAO. Even Tarantino admits out loud if you think Jackie Brown is his best movie you don't get Quentin Tarantino movies.

If there's one scene that steals the entire movie, then this would be it:

Hands down.

I agree Pulp Fiction is overrated (which doesn't mean it sucks, people!) and that Reservoir Dogs is soooo much better.

I'd also rank the Kill Bill films and the Hateful Eight over Pulp Fiction, tbh. I saw Jackie Brown in a theatre filled with people who apparently like to cheer, comment out loud, etc...which normally would be annoying af, but was actually quite fun lol

From the whole Avary/Bender/Tarantino school of work though, my favourite remains Killing Zoe...with a nod to True Romance.

btw...not one from those guys, but you know what is WAAAAY more overrated than Pulp Fiction? TRAINSPOTTING.

that's right. flame away! :D

Great dialogue.

Great plot.

Awesome twist with the gimp/Z scene.

I could re watch this movie all day.

I liked Pulp Fiction but I also think it is over rated. The thing I disliked about it was the chick that played the Mia Wallace character, i'm drawing a blank on her name at the moment. She is a terrible actor and it really stood out in that otherwise excellent cast.

I Love the part where they shoot the guy in the backseat and have to call mr wolf and he shows up in an Acura NSX

I enjoyed Reservoir Dogs more.
I just watched that the other day.
Booooooooring. They got one good scene. Maybe two. Me telling sherdog your a :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: if you tip. And the ear cutting scene. That's it

Pulp Fiction was fresh and original at the time. Jackie Brown I believe was a remake with at least one recycled actor in Samuel L.

I think you’ve taken too many kicks to your head, but it’s ok movies are subjective.

You should take a poll, see which one people liked more. It will kind of give you an idea of what movie was better. Kind of.

I vote for Pulp Fiction
