Pullover exercise and headache

Ey guys , was wondering if this is normal during the dumbell pullover exercise to get a headache and my neck feels so intense and when i standup sometimes i get some blurry vision also.

anyone else ever had this ?
 
Just to be clear: you're not smashing the dumbbell into your head when you lower it are you?

haha no , i let my head hang and it give so much pressure too my head,neck,eyes and even cheeks.

I think that might be your problem - or at least part of it... I don't know how you do it, but you can try pullovers while laying perpendicular to the bench (so technically, only your upper back is on the bench) or do it on medicine ball...
 
The answer is simple; don't let your head hang. Look at place on the ceiling slightly in front of you, instead of the path of the dumbbell.
 
it is never normal to get a headache in a gym
 
Never heard this for pullovers, what about other heavy exercises like squats and such?
