if some is really good in their brain. does that mean that their badness is really bad too?

Actually yes.
A lot of serial killers were actually your perfect model citizen.

HH Holmes was one of them. He was charming, smart etc. All the women loved him. You rarely catch the best serial killers because they're so good at blending in with the normal crowd.

Did you read Freaky’s post or my own? Whitman was perfectly good in the brain before the tumor. He even served his country honorably.

I think the answer is yes, but it's a very complicated question.

I think things like mental illness and trauma can cause a 'good' person to do awful things. My ex girlfriend is actually a good example.

I think we can all find examples in our own lives where we did shitty things that we normally wouldn't have because of shitty circumstances.
