PS5 announced for 2020 Holiday Season

Is there any info on if restocks will be easier to come by now that the Christmas rush is over? I’d like to have one for Hitman 3 at the end of January but I’m not at the level where I’m going to jump through hoops for it either

Target is supposed to have a restock today/tomorrow. The bots seem to still be out in force, so doubtful being post holidays will make it easier to grab one. Looking at eBay they're still going for a low ~$850 up to ~$1999.

I'm hoping to grab one from Gamefly since they're only selling to active paying customers. I got an email that they had the Series X on hand and they were up for like 6ish hours before they finally sold out. It was a bloated bundle with 9 months of GF service attached, but I would rather pay for a bloated bundle then give a scalper a cent.

Guessing their PS5 bundle will be similar if they get a restock, but I already pay for GF, so the 9 months of service will essentially just be a pre pay for a service I already use.
 
PS5 in stock now on Gamefly if you have a membership.

Bundle for the Disc version, Dark Souls, camera, and extra controller along with 6 months of GF for $799.

I’ve noticed audiophiles are a bunch of snobs. They care too much about technical aspects than actually hearing it with their own ears.

I bought Klipsch speakers because they sound good to me. But oh man, some forums trash them. If we’re happy with our purchases, what do they care? Lol

Ha yea I don’t know. I can’t recall the last time I called someone out on something they like that I may not. I generally just don’t care and whatever makes someone happy, go for it. Not my business. But I saw that you’re a Sonos guy as well. I almost jumped on the Sony bar with Atmos but decided to go Sonos because it’s more future proof. I have the beam and I’m building around that because my living room is tiny but when I finally get a house it’ll move into the bedroom. All I’m missing is my sub. Those things are pricey.
 
Well, sure didn’t take long to fill up my ssd. I have Black Ops Cold War, Demons Souls, Spider-Man remastered, Mile Morales, Dark Souls 1, Dark Souls 3, Crysis Remastered, Ion Fury, Astro’s Playroom... and it’s full. Tried to download just the campaign of Modern Warfare, and even though it says I should have enough storage it’s not working for some reason and will not let me do it.

Not to mention different priorities.
I bought a sonos soundbar and multiple speakers because the sonos app is something my wife and children can actually use.
 
Got an email this morning that my PS5 shipped, I'm so pumped. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll have it for the weekend, but with New Years it's probably a stretch. Really want to get some Dark Souls action going before I have to go back to work.

When they put an extra game in PS+ so people buy a PS5, did they forget the minor detail that it's almost impossible to get one?

You can still add PS5 games to your library from the mobil app. Totally forgot to check this month and added the PS5 game when I saw your post.
 
Glad to see some of you getting lucky now. I read an article that amd suppliers are getting in the parts they need to keep them moving. Hopefully the shortage ends soon!
