The PS5 is outselling the XSX/XSS world wide, thats a fact.

Also outselling 2:1 on the resale market. Nobody is paying a scalper to get a Series X lol.

The only thing I'm a little surprised about is I heard AMD was doing some partnership things with microsoft but they seem to be supporting playstations push to produce insane amounts of consoles and microsofts console production just seems behind. I wonder if maybe it's just microsofts choice not to try to directly compete with PS. We've heard both companies say "there is no console war" and congratulate each other on success. Microsoft had all these little soft signs that their console was going to be a big deal to them with a "more powerful architecture" and then the earlier release date but if anything their console seems super unsupported at this moment.

As right now, the sounds loud enough, but I want to "hear" if the veil of sound gets lifted and I can get something better.

Hi fi is better than hd, easily, you can "sense" it.

Got the cable, sadly my dac amp has only digital inputs, the analog ones are outputs. I got a 3.5mm to RCA, and that's the output, so I can't use my device as amp.

I've been considering a stand alone amp, but for a couple of more bucks I can get another set of cans that can be properly powered by the controller, 6xx are hard to drive, but I can get what I assume decent sound (at least nice volume) but I can't contrast it.

I just picked up a couple of sound bars for a few family members. Got my parents the Sony HT-S350 because their living room is small. Their current bar is garbage and they don’t even know it. Also got my older bro a Sonos Beam. He’s much more into connectivity so I’m sure he can Sonos out his house. I find it funny because he used to always tell me never to eat out at a Chili’s, or Applebee’s. When I eat out I should always try to have a good experience and those places all use the same food vendors. However, his GF told me they can barely hear the their huge TV. So along your same lines, if you’re watching something, make it in experience. Don’t watch TV with garbage audio.

I picked up a Switch for my family for Christmas and I asked my wife to get me Mario 3D All Stars for Christmas because N64 came out when I was in the sixth grade and I had asked my parents for one for Christmas and I never got it.

I love my new sound bar. It also connects to the rest of the house for music throughout the house. Its my 2nd soundbar from Sonos. It's been a great option for good sound without having to run wires all over the place

My Sonos sounds pretty great. Just picked up two Sonos Ones for rear speakers and grabbing the 3rd Gen sub here in a week or two. I think I’ll be fine.
