I'd hold off, considering it's not out for another 6 months or so. And I don't foresee sony having issues meeting demand, they have a solid production line.
Real life experiences can cause motion sickness, so there's no way to completely remove it from anything trying to simulate real life accurately.
Of all the VR options out there the Vive will cause less motion sickness due to how the games are designed for you to move around a 3D space instead of sitting in a chair and "fake moving" around.
