Nor would I want it to be homogenous like Japan because one thing diversity is good for is food. Having different types of food is a huge perk to a very diverse area but with diversity comes clashing cultures and histories between this country and that country. Come in and bring your food and you culture but assimilate. Don’t try to make your own and take over sections of a city or state. I have no issue with an area like Chinatown or little Italy, but I am against what happened in Paris where Muslims took over a whole section of the city and it’s a no go zone for outsiders or even police.And after selling the "cultural melting pot" for over a century, that will never be achievable for the US.
