I just bought from viatamin world Twin Lab 100% Whey protein fuel, supposely it should give you 50 grams of protein per servings. Im going to give it a shot. I liked Whey Protein, but trying something different. I got mine for 30 dollars, with the discount card.

I get 6lbs of HDT Protein, from The V-Shopp, for like 27 bucks. Low-carb, low-fat and 20 grams of pro, per scoop. Add 10 ounces of milk and... You do the math. Seems to work for me and tastes pretty good.
