Anyone got any good ways or programs to get more protein in the body without eating so much meat.
When I mean meat like beef, pig , chickens.
I'm trying to pack on 5 pounds of muscle.

The holy trinity.

What do you have against meat TS?
Just started thinking that we don't really need to eat meat.
If there is ways around eating meat but still get the same results why not.
Slaughter houses etc...Not a fan of conveyer belt style processes of animals...

You had to start a thread to find out what other protein sources there are besides meat?

Nice.

I say eggs.

Cottage cheese is probably the highest protein to calorie ratio outside of meat. Unless you're not counting fish.

If you get no fat or 1% it's something like 80/90 calories and 13/14 grams of protein.

We are meant to eat meat. Dairy, beans, eggs, nuts, hummus. All of these are pretty high. Quinoa is also good to get some pro and carbs if it suits you.

Also I'm pretty sure quinoa is the same or even less protein than white flour pasta (calories being equal). At least last i checked, regular pasta was a better source of protein.

Not sure of its other benefits.

Without B12, we die. There is no way around this. We develop anemia, then perrnicious anemia where death is borderline imminent unless medical attention is sought.
This is why vegans and vegetarians are told to either supplement, or make a sacrifice and eat animal/ products that contain it, as the only seaweed source of B12 is not a true B12 vitamer and is only an analog. There is nothing wrong with cutting back on it, and i hate factory farming as much as anyone, but our physiology dictates how we survived and need to survive.

Quinoa is decent in other areas which is why suggest it over pasta.

aaaah yes. This time last year I was getting jacked as fuck and on the way home from the gym I would pick up a small container of cottage cheese. 60 grams of protein. Not too shabby.

That's if you smash a 4 serving container, which I've done before. Cottage cheese is good.

Since TS explicitly mentioned beef, pork and chicken and not fish, I would suggest fish.

If you have the money, buy wild caught. You can also find sustainably farmed fish that has a minimal environmental impact. Not just fish, but things like shrimp too.
