I'd take it immediately after your Bjj session so that you can get some real food in 30-45 afterwards. And this is the wrong forum.

I even drink alittle milk with some whey before I go to jiu jitsu(or when i lift). You would think that would be hard on the stomch but it really isnt if you dont drink to much. I feel like it gives me some good long lasting energy.
What about protein after a BJ? What's the consensus there? Sometimes, I just feel like I need to replenish.
Well, since you've got all that protein in your mouth immediately after finishing the BJ, you might as well swallow.
