I'm still confused what the "NO KO" rule means. Are they supposed to hold back on their punches to not KO the other guy? And if they do, the dude who got KO'd gets a DQ win?
You know, I use to think that MMA fans were the ones losing by not getting to see the Jones/Ngannou fight. Honestly though, deep down I know Jones was going to beat Ngannou. Maybe the universe saved me a bunch of money because now I don't have to pay to see that fight and I am definitely not paying to watch an exhibition with no knockdown rules. That's not fighting, that's sparring.
Why are people still parroting this nonsense?
It was bullshit started by Eddie Hearn - the rival promoter to Fury's promoter - to just throw shade on the fight, in the most transparent way possible.
Of course there isn't a "no knockdown rule". Even the way Eddie said it, seemed like such obvious bullshit. "I heard it's no knockdowns or anything like that" <Lmaoo>
As if you can just decide if a fighter gets knocked down or not, this isn't WWE
Don't worry sherbros, Francis is getting knocked down and stopped by Fury. The fight will probably be entertaining, at least in the same manner as Pillowfists McGregory getting clowned by Floyd.
Big Frank knocking people out is kinda the point?!
