hey everyone. I recently started doing some mma along with my regular jiujitsu. I was borrowing a pair of world combat training gloves and my knuckles just got destroyed. It was mostly bag work, we don't do any sparring (yet). Anyway I bought a set of everlast handwraps because thats all I could find, could somebody point me in the right direction of how I should be wrapping my hands? Thanks

www.ringside.com has a page that shows you how to wrap your hands. The button is at the bottom right on their homepage
