The way they run their business is pretty similar to the mafia mindset; they buy out all their oppositions and bully their fighters to do things they don't like because they have no where else to go (maybe recently that slowly changes). Anyone who speaks against is on their shitlist, and get fired at the first chance. They ban any reporters who don't ask the right questions at pressers. I guess the UFC and Pride are pretty similar in some ways.

So, how is UFC different from NBA/NHL/MLB/NCAA/WBO/WBO/etc...?

The reason why I'm posting this is because I still see people saying that the mafia thing is a myth. And most of us here have had an inkling that they're at least tied to the mafia but never had any proof of it.

Also look at what The Feritta's had to do as far as getting MMA legal in NYS. They went up & lost fevery year for 15 years against some real powerful corruption.

I've been around the block once or twice, I was on team takeover when the psycho Dagwood posted there. He is the living embodiment of everything negative about Team Takeover and Bloodstain Lane without any of the positive aspects. So if someone you are related to has done bad things should people hold that against you? The article above is all about implication and guilt by association. Unless someone has proof that Lorenzo and Frank III have been involved in a crime then they should stop smearing them.
