Problem when clicking the arrow after a user has replied to someone else

this has been happening for some time now. I click the arrow to take to a users quoted post, and it does nothing. Starting to grind my gears

I have this problem when the comment you are looking for is on the same page of the arrow.

I've had this trouble on mobile desktop forever now. They don't care.
