Alan P, this wasn't a WCW only photo, the WCW guys are together while the WWF guys are together.

Rich Minzer owns a bunch of Gold Gyms and this was taken back around mid/late '97 when both WCW and WWF were doing shows in LA and they happened to work out at his gym.

Austin looks jakked in this picture, just beyond huge.

Most wrestlers often talk about Billy Gunn's athleticism and when all the wrestlers (those that came over from WCW) saw Gunn for the first time, they were impressed by how big and tall he is. Just look at him, he's got a good few inches over Austin and he's in the back.
