Intent always matters in court of law or morally.

The 2nd part is still intentional killing. It's an argument of when a human life is a human life.

Abortion is complicated in nature, but one can accept that abortion is okay early on in the pregnancy but that it's not okay late in the pregnancy. To "abort" a fully formed baby in the third trimester is pretty sinister, I think you have to give Shapiro that without needing to concede that a fetus is a baby at the moment of conception.

I didn't watch that specific video, but I've heard Shapiro make the "conception" argument.

I think that if a woman wants an abortion in the third trimester, she should get c-section and pay the medical bills until the child is viable.

And believe it or not, I think abortion is morally reprehensible. But it's something that I also think should be legal and available for women.
