Guns should be viewed like a demon. When you summon a demon you need to stand within a circle and in that circle you are safe. You take it seriously. When you summon a gun into your life, it should be viewed as something extremely dangerous. Kids really shouldn't use them without a specific purpose at specific times. I personally disagree. In my opinion once someone has proven that they cannot be a responsible gun owner they should have their guns taken away and not be able to purchase one for a very long time or ever.
