Prime Koscheck runs through today's division

You did see what Chiesa just did to Magny right? And Koscheck was twice the wrestler Chiesa is with better striking/power to boot.
Chiesa would beat the shit out of Kos lol. Other than raw power/wrestling Chiesa beats him in every facet of MMA. Wouldn't be surprised if he subbed him

???

Matt Serra is litteraly a former LW lol. So was BJ Penn. WTF are you talking about ?
Talking about championship bouts, GSP has fought 11 true welters, one middleweight and 2 ballooned up lightweights. Kamaru has fought 2 true welters and 2 ballooned up lightweights and is desperate to rematch said former lightweight asap.

Lol this post is so full of fail. I’m glad you got to meet Koscheck though...it appears he thoroughly emasculated you by how much you hate him.

Lombard was effectively washed and off the juice when he fought Magny and he still almost finished him. This is one of the first many inaccuracies in your post and I’ll be happy to expose more if you respond.

You need to go rewatch these fight. He literally never out wrestled any of those wrestlers and lost all those fights. He’s not running through anyone that isn’t Drew Ficket today.

Kos never won more than 3 fights in a row and lost to anyone that was relevant at the time. His biggest win is Diego honestly and Rumble who had major issues acclimating to that weight (his own fault) for losing to Kos and Rich Clementi but he had major struggles.

All Kos did was dive for doubles and throw big over hands. Against a h decent fighters he got exposed and nothing worked. He sent him losing to literally everyone that was going forward and not backwards in the division. He never beat anyone minus Sanchez who had forward momentum.

Well are least Usman didn't get KTFO or had to use vaseline against one of those "ballooned up" LW lol. Plus Mas is easy money. Can't blame Kamaru for that.

Grammar is so horrible I can’t even piece together what you’re attempting to say.

Woodley was green af

He had 10 fights before that...as many as Brock Lesnar had in his entire career. I think Woodley did have somewhat of a prime later in the UFC (though it was bolstered by favorable match-ups)....but so did Koscheck. That's my point. And Kos was older and out of his prime when he lost to Woodley...it was the start of a bad career skid.

Koscheck should have been a GOAT but never really learned to put it all together.

Koscheck had limited striking, he would of been kept at bay by Usman. Even if he closed the distance I still think Usman would have a size advantage.

Rumble had won three fights in a row before losing to Koscheck moron. How is that not “forward momentum”?

Would have helped to get at least a couple of top wins, but Kos couldn't even manage that.

Koscheck is as typical of a TUF fighter as it gets. He followed the same blueprint.

Didn’t quite win the show.

Had an ego and big mouth that got him attention more than his actual skills.

Got a few wins over bad competition and fed old fighters on their way out.

Rematched his TUF rival Diego and won.

Got gifted a title shot on casual notoriety over merit.

Became a stepping stone when matched with equal fighters coming up losing to literally all relevant competition in GSP, Alves, Thiago, Hendricks, Woodley, Ellenberger, Silva.

Got lucky and beat a non optimal Rumble who lost to Burns and Clementi. Beat Pierce in a split that went the wrong way.

Literally lost to anyone not so far removed from the top 20 or at the end of their career.

The guy insulting everyone is lol.

Kos was a good fighter and would be top 10 if he was in his prime but their are some bad match ups for him like Wonderboy

I have nothing against Koshcheck. But the reality is the division was in a transition phase and lacked depth so he benefited from it.

The most telling thing for me is whenever he faced guys that ended up being busts that were on the fringe of elite they wiped their ass with him. Alves, Thiago, Ellenberger and Silva specifically.

He never could win those inbetween fights that were fringing on elite ranks, he always failed. Once his career became more than stringing 5 wins together against garbage and has beens he the results were in. It was either feast on weak competition, a striker or lose to elites. Only an uneducated fan would consider the win over Rumble to define his greatness.

His best win is literally Diego Sanchez at the time they fought. Both were undefeated since TUF. The Daley fight might be best but obviously nightmare matchup for Daley.

Trigg, Hughes and Lytle were sinking ships.

That has nothing to do with anything. It was more a comment on the potential he had and didn't fulfill than a comment on any fight he had.

Lytle was a “sinking ship”? He went 6-2 after the Koscheck fight. Keep proving you’re a special kind of moron.

GTFO with your cherry picking. He lost 3 important fights and fought garbage. His best wins Brown, Serra and Hardy were all on skids. Brown was like 1-4? And Hardy lost his 4th straight fight. That end of career Lytle can’t get a top 50 win today, uneducated retard. It’s hilarious that’s the only hole you could try to find in all that.

I love fighter bashers like you who call guys that actually made it to the UFC “garbage”. What’s your record tough guy??? Lol Lytle couldn’t beat a top 50 current Welterweight? He’d waste numerous guys who are currently in the top 50.
