Both are skilled Wrestlers.

But I think Dan Server Wrestled a bit longer so if we put them againts each other in their Prime.

Like UFC5 Severn vs. Brock who beat Shane Carvin. The beast might have the edge in technical arts and experience but Brock or Brak as others call him is a very strong and fast athlete and that may offset Severn.

What do you think of this Hyphotetical Joe?

I would pick prime Severn, Coleman, Randleman and Kerr over Bork Lazer.

I think despite Brock not reacting well to Punches the fact he survived Carwin's Baragdge of attacks shows he has some survivavilty.

And Dan Sven has been known to have some bad brain farts like when he got choked by Mark Coleman and when he got mounted by Ken Shamrock after the Detroit dance battle!

I imagine it going a lot like Coleman vs Severn, although I'm aware Brock isn't the caliber of wrestler Coleman was, but I still say he outwrestles Severn.

I predicted Cain over Brock back in the day. But Brock's legit. He threw 265lbs Mark Hunt around like nothing. He would surely be Top 3 in this weak HW division of nowaday. And he would have absolutely no problem with any HW from the early UFC era.

This is what I see too. If Bork can get on top of Svern I think Severn will tap kr gets punched out.

I think Brock has an underrated ground game.

If they both have to come in Clean? In their prime? If the drug testing was right and they were both in their primes. Dan severn 8 out of 10 times at least.

Lesnar umdoubtedly wins. Severn never liked to throw strikes at all. Obviously lesnar doesnt like being hit. Itd ppay into lesnars favour massively. Hed pound the shit out of severn.

If Severn was a better boxer I might consider picking but I think Brock is an easy choice for this match up.

Bork

What does Brock look like clean?? Not even sure he'd make HW with all his gear stripped away

Bark would whup Seven.

Prime, juiced Lesnar would beat Severn by being too fast and strong for him.

If both were clean, Severn's better high-level (international) wrestling experience and toughness would eventually prevail in a close match.

Stipe, Werdum, Cain, JDS, Overeem, Ngannou, Blaydes.

Who does he beat out of this list? Maybe Ngannou but he'd have to survive round one. Stipe, Cain, Werdum and JDS are nightmare matchups for him. Blaydes is a wrestler with better standup than him, can't see him winning that. Reem's chin is always a question mark but we know Brock cant take his striking.

I don't know of you can say that Severn was in his "athletic" prime at UFC5 in '95...
He was allready like 37-38 years old at that time...

I think i would pick Brock...

Dan Severn could beat Brock in 2018 even. he closed out his career 12-2 between 2009-2012. Brock was 2-2 in that frame.
