I'll give a serious response since I LOVE what-if matchups (have ever since my days in the DBZ community). Assuming this is the Sapp who beat Hoost twice and almost killed Big Nog...

Gus can easily beat him on the feet. Sapp had horrible defense other than blocking with his gigantic arms, and though he had a lot of power since he was 350+ pounds of muscle, he was slow. So he's not like Rumble, who can explode in a moment's notice. Gus can TKO him on the feet eventually as long as he survives Sapp's flurries and possible tackles. Gus wins 80% of the time. Don't forget that Cro Cop was only 210-220 pounds early in his career, so Gus is bigger than early Cro Cop. If Cro Cop can one shot Sapp, so can Gus.

Sapp did not "beat" Hoost; the promotion wanted Sapp to win, so he did. And Sapp actually didn't survive anything, he had to be replaced in the Grand Prix by Hoost (ironically) because of injuries he sustained in their fight.
