i was watching former Pride fighter Bob Sapp fights and i can't help but appreciate the guy.
honestly, he absolutely had no business being in the fight game. he was like a bull but damn his striking was so ridiculously bad.
but at the same time it was just impressive to watch this plodding uncoordinated dude swinging and flailing yet still being dangerous.
and he did try a lot more earlier on in his career.
and he does have two victories over hoost. and he was fucking up big nog until eventually getting subbed. also, nog's performance was very impressive how he was able to outwork a much larger opponent on the ground with his sweeps and transitions.
can you imagine a superfight between him and brock back in pride? haha holy shit it would be epic.
anyone think he would be able to stuff a green brock's TD's?
could Bob Sapp have become a competent striker if he had Freddy Roach as a coach or was his body just not designed for effective striking?
imagine Bob Sapp with Mark Hunt chin and striking. that would be epic.
