I haven't watched his fights for a while, but it seemed like he was a little overly muscular, he was strong, but it slowed him down a little. Didn't have the pop in his punches either.

Benson in his prime was in the very top tier of pro MMA fighters. That said, given the razor thin edges by which he won a lot of his fights and how contested they were this actually seems to be flame baiting of sorts.
