Benson in his prime was in the very top tier of pro MMA fighters. That said, given the razor thin edges by which he won a lot of his fights and how contested they were this actually seems to be flame baiting of sorts.Benson had some very close decisons in his favor...that could have been given to the other guy, easily.
He wasn't that dominant in my opinion...
But he would have been a not so good match up for Khabib...
