I think it would end up looking like Hendo vs Silva.
Romero is good at finding the target but Silva doesn’t fall for the type of traps those 2 monsters set up.

Whittaker probably would be the only one with potential to strike with him but Rob also showed against Wonderboy and Izzy he can fight sloppy when he isn’t confident.

Costa is a pressure fighter and fantastic at finding his target and was able to catch Romero lots but Silva would be too fast, probably dusts him like he did Griffen. If Costa fought scared like he did against Izzy he would survive to see the final bell because Silva can’t lead well

Romero could wrestle for a round or 2 but he showed he lacks the tools at range (Whittaker fights) and his explosive style probably wouldn’t be enough to catch Silva (Izzy fight) Prime Romero is a tough fight for anybody in history though.

In the current division, someone like Brunson would probably be his toughest opponent.

Agree, see the Machida fight. Yoel could definitely win, if he tries to (unlikely).

Not sure why people are picking Whittaker, as we all saw how easily he was stopped by Izzy.

I think Anderson would beat Whittaker. Whittaker struggles against top strikers, like Till and Izzy. Not saying Whittaker can't win, but idk if I would favor him. Maybe if he utilizes his grappling, but Silva can be slick off his back.

Anderson would beat Costa handily imo.

Yoel fight would probably be a snoozefest, with the winner winning via decision.

And lol to the morons who think Anderson can beat every LHW except Jon Jones. He can definitely beat a lot of them but there are some extremely tough and unfavorable matchups for him. Ppl like Rakic and Magomed would probably beat him through utilizing their full MMA skillset.

Romero and Whittaker are around the same level in striking and we all saw how Adesanya beat them. Even though the Romero fight was boring, Adesanya shut him down once he played it safe. Prime Silva had even better distance management and head movement but he's also a counter striker. It would be insanely boring but Romero won't be able to do anything to Silva. Whittaker is more of a grappler killer, he's a top notch anti grappler and a great striker but Silva is like Adesanya and Wonderboy: a top notch striker. Whittaker's not very good against those. No need to mention Costa.
