Food for thought... the pride rules could play in gus favor more. You don't want get soccer kicked or stump by gus. Gustafsson legs are thicker than shogun.

Under pride I’d have shogun, he was technically superior in his boxing when he fought gus but if he had his athleticism during his UFC run the sky was the limit for shogun. He truly is the Tracy McGrady of our sport for any basketball fans out there.

Before all his injuries Shogun was a scary fucker. But, I think people are seriously over estimating him or underestimating Gus if they think he'd just flat out destroy Gus.
