Trump''s son.
Not surprising that this administration would support killing of large breeds.

Conservative Trump backers have warned the administration not to modify these laws. They say it will backfire on Republicans.

I hope Trump administration officials become an endangered species. Maybe they'll hunt themselves into extinction.

And it should. This is absolutely indefensible.

Disgusting on any and every level.

Classy move. Put it on the shelf when the first announcement received criticism and slip it back in when it blows over.

These are the things you try and pass when your administration is filled with corruption, inept people and a lame duck presidnt

great move. big win for all involved. more money pouring into the conservation effort of these beautiful beasts.

Do you live in some bizarre state with elephants and tigers running around? Would this not fall under the laws of the places these animals actually live that Trump is not president of?

Absolute non issue unless Elephants and Tigers start showing up in the U.S.

It is up to the countries that have them to decide who can hunt them and how conservation is approached.

I just can't fathom why anyone would do this to an animal. Especially one as amazing and intelligent as an elephant.
It's a matter of skill, you see. It takes a special talent to take down an animal that presents a small, fast moving target such as an elephant.

Source for Trump modifying any laws regarding the hunting of tigers? I did a search and the only thing that came up was articles about Trumps sons hunting a leopard. As far as I know tigers are protected and hunting them is strictly prohibited in India, Russia, China, Sumatra, Bhutan, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh etc etc, everywhere there are tigers, so there shouldn't be any opportunities to import tiger pelts. Is there poaching, yeah. But I'm unaware of Trump passing any laws to accommodate tiger poachers.

so he cuts off an elephant penis or tail with no blood on the knife?

He wiped the knife off on his pants, you can see it on the pants next to the knife.

Edit

If you are curious as to why, blood is corrosive to metal and will also cause rust.

So you know nothing about elephants.

Pretty typical fake news headlines with nothing behind it. Trump didn't alter any laws or issue any executive orders. This all comes from the Fish and Wildlife Service. What a joke.
