I'm still on the fence for the first time in ages. I know the Tories DGAF about us, but Labour don't fill me with confidence about how they will handle things economically.

Corbyn was right though,, timestamped:

Yes the Iraq war was a mistake. I don't think that's enough though. He's been against everything, that's what he is deep down, a back bencher who opposes everything.

For me I don't like where the Tories are making their comprises to keep things afloat, but at least they're doing it. They are taking the centre ground for the most part, now Brexit is happening (like it or not) they don't need to appease the UKIP crowd anymore.

The Times is neutral. Even left leaning websites like BBC News still cover this stuff.

In face I reject the premise, you should read a range of things anyway. If you read the Guardian AND the Telegraph, you will get a much better picture of reality compared to just reading one or the other.

Agree with you on reading different papers to try and get a balanced view, but isn't The Times still owned by Murdoch? If so, he's been pretty clear that he was for Brexit and celebrated that. He wanted his puppet Gove in and that backfired, but he's most certainly backing the Tories and would be against Corbyn.

The Belfast article was basically taken from an interview in The Sun too, mate.

Like I said, I'm on the fence, but just saying what I think.

I want a 7 game series hopefully. Dubs should win on paper but the Cans are the only team that knows how to play GSW. If LeJuice has another monster series and Kyrie can outplay Staph they got a good chance.
Durant but bruz.

I feel like the cavs need Tristan to fire, bogut injury was huge last series.

Irving is a freak, I just feel that durant allows Steph to play his game and he will finally have a good finals series.

Klay has died a bit.

It should be good man I'm pretty excited.

Yeah that's cool. I would focus on direct quotes, as those are harder to bend to fit a narrative. So that former IRA man really did say that, even if the story came from The Sun. The problem with news now is that something could have happened, but one side just won't report on it, then you have to look at the other side, which you might dislike politically, but it doesn't mean that specific story isn't based in the truth. Or they will include key facts that another paper left out. I know that with the Guardian, I don't like their general vibe but they do some good journalism (occassionally ha) that I shouldn't just dismiss because 'lel the Graun'.

Not sure enough to put my nads on the line, but from what I've seen, he's been consistent in fighting poverty and not taking money away from the disadvantaged.

The Tories have been shady throughout. Boris switching from Remain to Brexit because he saw an opportunity. May saying she wouldn't call for a snap election and then doing it anyway, because she thought it would be an easy win.

However, their bending over for corporate companies helps me with my work and keeping my job, sooooo.... I don't know?

I'm not going to take his word for gospel though. Dude's a former terrorist, murderer AND an informant. I mean, can you get any more duplicitous?

All of those sources were very pro Tory. @frenzy did at least have a point in being dubious.

Wanna see @blokeybloke and @Concrete go at it
nothing funnier then when blokey goes full cunt mode.

I just dont expect it from him, wonder how rustled he is that he didnt go full heel on spurs and started picking Arsenal to win it, I feel like he made this thread last season the best ever because he took us all on by himself and it came down to last day.

Here's what Abbott said photocopied.

Papers to a large extent are in the business of telling people what they want to hear. I don't think The Times or The Telegraph can be accused of outright lying, or directly misquoting people.

It's also worth noting that informants is how the IRA was defeated, there's currently an attempt to rewrite history and say that cunts like Corbyn brought about peace, it was actually because the IRA was completely compromised from top to bottom, this guy is probably pissed that it's being rewritten.

Every media company pushes certain interests, it is the same here. Some are a little bit more neutral than others but they still have their agenda. People just tend to think that the papers that lean in the same direction as you are "neutral and honest". :D

There are even nuts who think that the HuffPo and Breitbart are the only legit source lol

Rumor that Mendy is heading to City as well for like 50 million . Good LB going forward but that's ridiculous, he's had like one good season and he's somewhat rash defensively

Monaco bought a Brazilian LB in January, Jorge. Keep an eye on him in the future. Theyre going to be laughing all the way to the bank

Can't believe these :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:s are dismantling my bros :(
