Example: Messi doesn't play for Argentina, they crumble. Messi doesn't play for Barcelona, they crumble because Suárez, nor Neymar, nor anyone else has the leadership to step up and produce like Messi can. Iniesta comes close, but of course he doesn't reach that level.

For Cristiano you can't say the same.
