I missed it live and only bothered with highlights (which lasted about 3 minutes lel) after I read it was rather drab. At least we didn't get mauled like I feared. Would have been delightful if we had nicked a goal but ah well.

How Zlatan didn't even get that header on target I don't know. Maureen needs to manage his minutes better, imo he was bossing Morgan and Fonte in the air at the start of the season (both big commanding CB's) and looked strong but now he's looking worse each game and his finishing is not good. Doesn't help he's played in league cup and europa games. He's also playing 90 mins every time he starts. I get he's a freak but he's also 35 with a lot of miles on the clock.

Overall I'd say it's a decent point but it also shows we are a work in progress. Chelsea at the weekend coming off a Europa game...dropped points and Maureen meltdown LOOMS.

Biggest thing to take from Red Monday from a technical pov is that Jose has corrected 1 of the 2 most "pressing" concerns Utd have.

Zlatan & Pogba were tireless in their dual high press & behind them Herrera/Fellaini's man marking lead to Couthino /Can having their backs to goal a lot, which created a fuckton of turnovers.

Just need to work on developing a counter attack now.
