What did you think of the game yesterday ?

Can't believe he never started Carrick. You had no one to play through the lines from deep. One crappy floaty pass from Rojo is pretty much all that got through & that was more error on Luiz's part.

De Ge saved you from another 4-0'er, imo.

Valencia's your best player this season. An old Fergie signing.

Had a terrible game but the red card was the biggest factor, tbf. You have to factor that in. No Mgr would intentionally put Pogba in so many 1v1's against Kante for a hour given the choice.

Utd had no deep lying passing threat, so when Herrera would win a ball he had no one to lay it off sideways or backwards to quickly who could cause counter damage. Carrick is Utd's only player capable of doing it(Blind too but he's too slow to go in back 3 against a top side, tbf) but Mourinho didnt fancy him & waved the white flag by starting Young & going for a bus parking flat back 6.

Pogba is very decent. Conte & Allegri knew how to play him. Not sure if Mourinho just doesn't trust Carrick or maybe he was caring a knock we dont know about.


Mou riled up his low IQ players too much. Thats for sure

Was as expected......everything was against us going into the game. Was one of those games where defeat seemed inevitable before a ball was kicked. The sending off obviously made the result even more of a foregone conclusion. I thought we were not terrible. Like all season, half the players put in a good shift whilst the other half were poor/average.

The whole season we have threatened to be a pretty good team, but never made good on it. I've said for 3-4 years that we've got too many 7/10ers. None of our "potential match-winner" players (think Rashford, Martial, Pogba, Depay, Miki) have really had good seasons, for various reasons. Compare that to other teams, I think that has been our biggest problem.The season could still be either a disaster or relatively successful. We "should" be comfortably in the top 4, but as it is I fear we won't make it truth be told.

Thought Chelsea were okay, nothing special.......very much like Leicester last season (though with higher quality players, obviously).


Valencia has been solid enough, yeah. Wouldn't say he has been amazing though. Sadly De Gea has been our best player, yet again. And SAF signed him as Ronaldo's replacement, not as a RB!!!!

He's had a poor month or so. He really needs to step up until the end of the season.
