I was happy that Bisping won the belt, as he's worked hard and deserved it. The fallout was hilarious, but also showed that deep down, he's a prick. Same with when he was on TUF as a coach.

Prem Thread Fitness Club

Alrighty, weigh-in day. This week we've continued the exercising and the healthy eating, though we got a King Cake mailed to us for Mardi Gras, which was the only slip up. I've been eating a bit more from the added hunger from the exercising, but it's been nearly all clean eating.

Last week I weighed in at very surprising 176.4 lbs. Here we go...

Somewhat surprising, given I don't think I gained an extra pound from a few slices of King Cake (before exercising, nonetheless). I'm not sure if last week was a fluke, I'm gaining some muscle, or I just need to drop a deuce...possibly a combination of the above.

Either way, I'm feeling good, looking thinner, and all 6 abs are apparent once again.

1/1/17 weigh in of 189.2.
Weekly gain of 1.6 lbs.
7.8 lbs away from the 2017 goal.

Goal for next week is to drop a pound.
