Today is day 5 and the only thing giving me trouble is women.

I'm finding it pretty easy.... it's like my body was just ready for it.

I think I was eating about 1500 before so it isn't that much of a drop, usually I crave carbs but this time I'm not.

Pre workout usually gets me through the whole day.
