I think it's from his bio which he's about to release and that's where they'd reveal stuff like this...

He was referring to his tackling/defending and work rate.Ozil was one of his best players at RM and he's a quality attacking player but his lack of defensive work made him a liability.That's why RM had no problem shipping him off.They upgraded and became a better team without him,as we've seen.
