Alrighty, weigh-in day. This week we've been mixing in exercises in the evenings/at night in addition to trying to eat clean. Mrs. J, on the other hand, feels that temptation with brownies and chocolate chip pancakes is an absolute necessity at this time.![]()
Last week I weighed in at a static 178.6. Here we go...

Weekly loss of 2.2 lbs.
Fought off Mrs J's culinary temptations, dropping fat, and making lean gains.

1/1/17 weigh in of 189.2.
Net loss of 12.8 lbs.
6.4 lbs away from the 2017 goal.
Goal for next week is to continue to drop.
