It's definitely looking a lot better now. Wissa is looking likely and we're trying to get Mateta too if Isak goes. Elanga has looked good in pre-season even though we have been crap. Miley is looking like he's ready for more minutes now too after having some really unlucky injuries.

I would love El Khannous but not sure if we are getting both him and Ramsey. I think Ramsey is the better option for the here and now but El Khannous could be a baller in another couple of seasons. He only just turned 21.
Sell Willock AND Joelinton, bring in Ramsey and El Khannous?

We need Joelinton. I think Ramsey is Longstaffs replacement and if Willock goes, then we should get El Khannous.
And speaking of transfers, this one is suprising one. Also 28 years old? Would have guessed he is 34.

I thought he was going to Turkey after being in Saudi Arabia.

Must be getting that cartel money to go to Mexico

Isak drama aside, pretty good window so far?
Added a cb, maybe 2nd one joining too. Ramsay midfield depth. Linked with Kolo Muani and Jackson.
Elanga joined too. Gordon, Barnes, Murphy and Elanga, while at as good as Saka, Salah, Dembele, Vini etc, still pretty good wingers.
El Khannous seems to be done deal, creative AM.

More like a window to consolodate top 6 than to kick on, imo.

Could really be uber competitive in those 4th to 10th position this year.

Hoping United's lack of Europe will be a massive boost, especially in the middle of the season.

Yeah while Newcastle is doing well right now, not an easy task to finish above Pool, City, Chelsea or Arsenal.

How you rate United's transfer window so far?

Now that ya'll been talking shit about him all summer, I don't know if I like this or not.

I'm just joking around, bud. Calvert Lewin to the Toon has been a running joke for a while.

He's not that bad; he's just been struggling in front of goal for a couple of seasons and has been injury-prone. His hold-up and link-up play are good but his finishing has dropped off the past few seasons.

He scored 20+ goals a few seasons ago but then got wrecked with injuries. Needs to get his confidence back

Solid. Replacing you're entire front 3, with guys who've never played at the highest level, is obviously unlikely to click immediately. Only scored 44 goals last season, so obviously we should drastically improve on that, but have to be realistic......if Sesko, Cunha and Mbeumo get 40 league goals between them, think that should be seen as a success.

Need to challenge for top 6 minimum.

Kinda think we probably need at least one of Mainoo or Ugarte to have a good season and Yoro to kick on from last seasons promising start.....and Onana not to shit the bed.

Think we should be aiming for the CL places, but something like 6th (with major on field improvement) would be satisfactory.

Not gonna happen but feel we should be playing 433 or 4231.

"Højlund has been linked with RB Leipzig, AC Milan and most recently Newcastle, all of whom want to sign the national team player."
