You need to hang out in cafés near Wimbledon. This could also be your ticket out of the UK!

A tennis player who was knocked out of Wimbledon in the early rounds is dating a man she met in a London coffee shop. Danielle Collins was beaten by Iga Swiatek in round three, ending her hopes of securing glory at SW19 for the first time. She has never gone past the fourth round in singles, but reached the semi-finals of the women's doubles event in 2022.

Collins enjoyed her best run at Wimbledon last year, reaching the second week before she was dumped out by eventual champion Barbora Krejcikova. She has suffered plenty of disappointment at the All England Club, having played at Wimbledon on eight occasions. However, her defeat to Krejcikova came with a huge silver lining.

Shortly after losing the match, Collins went to a nearby coffee shop before heading back to the United States. She ended up meeting Bryan Kipp, a former college athlete, and they began dating soon afterwards.

The happy couple are still going strong and Kipp was spotted watching Collins at the recent Charleston Open, where she reached the quarter-finals before losing at the hands of Jessica Pegula.

Since there's some yanks checking the thread, has anyone watched The White Lotus? Is it worth a watch? Haven't watched much American TV lately, it's all woke nonsense, but I've heard this is good.

I’d take any eurobae at this stage lol

Wanna leave the U.K. and that would be a good way

All these people wearing suits there

It’s boiling

Speaking of Wimbledon, when I was at uni and was good at running, Wimbledon common which is near the tennis courts, was my favourite place in London to run. Hadn’t been back through it in like 3 years and went there on a walk last weekend; run back looms when I’m back in TST shape lol

I'm not sure if the place you're talking about is one where they're wanting to build, but the Orcs are wanting to build 38 new tennis courts and an 8,000 seater stadium at Wimbledon and it's being vigorously opposed.

Some people should be removed from society, in a kind, gentle and lawful way, or at least be reduced to legal minority, unable to vote or own much property etc., as they cause problems and unpleasantness when unrestricted, and individuals wanting to chainsaw all the trees down and concrete over the land in an already very densely-populated country fall into this category imo.
